isn't it funny how people many people fight for the choice to kill babies when they don't actually want to have an abortion?

i also think it's interesting when people assume that being republican means being against abortion.

being informed is a good thing, i'm glad you shared this =)

Shelly,
Whether or not I want to have an abortion is my personal business, just as it is the personal business of each and every women. Roe v Wade hasn't been overturned for a reason, because the government should have no say about what I do with my body, it is off limits. The abortion issue isn't about wanting to "kill babies" it is about allowing for personal freedoms and rights. As for the argument that that "baby" has rights too, when it is unborn it does not. Think about it, a child conceived and carried here in the US would have different rights if born in China. So until a child is delivered, rights don't apply.

i think it's sad that for some people a child doesn't count as a child until it is outside of the womb. the minute i was pregnant i felt my body was no longer my own--the greatest preparation for motherhood, when your LIFE is no longer your own.
